1. Wiping it off with a cloth. This causes little scratches as the same microscopic prongs that attach the pollen to a bee are dragged across your paint job. Over time these add up and can cause lasting damage.
2. Rinsing the car down using a hose. This doesn’t remove all the pollen and the particles that remain have now begun oxidizing thanks to the water.
